vPOT series Vacuum Potting Equipment is used in electrical industry for ignition coil, FBT, capacitance, special motor, sensor and so on. It can meet the product requirement for casting accurately, continually and automatically. It can apply to the high viscosity materials, accomplish the vacuum casting process such as filling, heating, degassing, mixing and metering.
Metering system adopts servo axis control system, formulation is adjustable to ensure the stabilization. Self feedback position detection can real-time monitor the formulation. The casting volume and casting speed is adjustable, the high precision casting can meet different requirement, easy operation and less malfunction.
